Wyvern Jubilee Morris are an all male morris dancing side based in Yeovil, Somerset, England.

The team was formed in 1977 by employees of Westland Helicopters Ltd, for a one-off performance as part of the Queen's silver jubilee celebrations. Initially the team was called Westlands Jubilee Morris.

Following the success of this inaugural performance it was decided to keep the team going and, as more people were drafted in from outside the company, the association with Westlands was dropped and the name changed to Wyvern Jubilee. Our 30th anniversary in 2007 was marked by a number of special events including a birthday weekend dancing with many Morris sides from around the country and a foreign tour.To learn more about us visit www.wjm.org.uk

The Wessex Morris Men

Wessex Morris Men were founded in 1957 and are a truly international team, having performed in many places including Poland, Germany, France, Austria and the Channel Islands.

Dancing out from April to September, we give energetic and entertaining displays in the towns and villages of Dorset and Somerset and at major shows and events. And we make at least one overseas trip each year.

We enjoy our dancing and Wessex are a friendly, sociable, energetic team. Morris provides us with exercise, fun and a great social life. We always welcome men who want to learn morris dancing. For more information visit our website here.

are an indie-folk band from Devon, UK. They combine rich vocals, acoustic guitar, bass riffs, keys and violin, to give an original take on a traditional genre. Drawing upon personal stories, melancholy tales and rugged landscapes, they create a serene, and haunting sound that is difficult to forget.

With a performance at Celtic Connections already under their belt, the band are set for an exciting year ahead. Founding band members Lara Snowdon (vocals and guitar), and Kathryn Tremlett (violin and piano), are joined by Roger Styles on guitar and Barry Muir on double bass, and they returned to the studio to record a second EP in April 2017

"Absolutely Lovely"

Bob Harris, BBC Radio 2

Owl in the Sun play a home-grown blend of self-penned Americana and gypsy-jazz influenced songs. From the heart-warming to the dark and edgy, the gentle toe-tapping to the downright dance your socks off. Expect infectious melodies and luscious harmonies over a line-up of upright bass, acoustic guitars, accordion, fiddle and flute."

Owl In The Sun

Hannah Cumming and Jon Dyre

Hannah Cumming is 25 and has been playing the fiddle for 13 years, and within the last 4 years has started singing alongside playing the fiddle.

She has a passion for traditional English folk songs as well as acoustic and popular music. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Seth Lakeman, Nancy Kerr, Jackie Oates, Jon Boden and Eliza Carthy, plus many more. Hannah embraces these, and creates unique arrangements to suit each song along with her sweet but haunting voice.

And now, she’s joining forces with the fantastic multi-instrumentalist Jon Dyer. Jon is an experienced performer playing in many bands, which include Gadarene, Jon Dyer & Alfie Gidley and Palinka. Jon is usually seen playing the flute but this time you can see him accompanying Hannah on double bass. This exciting new duo creates a fresh look on Hannah’s solo songs, exciting new tune sets and never heard before songs.

Jack Cookson

Jack is a multi-instrumentalist and singer songwriter based in the South West. His distinct style combines his deeply articulate lyrics with memorable melodic hooks and intricate, fingerstyle guitar arrangements, influenced by roots music from both sides of the Atlantic. He has shared the stage with the likes of Franz Nicolay (Against Me! /The Hold Steady), Cory Branan and Austin Lucas, and in early 2016 he was announced as one of the final four nominees for the BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award.
